Foursquare Tips

  • Adam's Smokehouse takes the smoky St. Louis tradition into its own hands, turning out a few products of its own including house-smoked salami, burnt ends and tri-tip -- a bottom beef sirloin cut.
  • Really delicious! The vinegar sauce is dope!
  • Try the cranberry cayenne sauce, it's great with the turkey - and not as spicy as it sounds.
  • Excellent Bbq! The ribs are saucy more like KC style. Get the smoked salami if you are looking for something new to try- very good!
  • Cranberry sauce is good on the turkey, but do not skip the ribs, they are AMAZING!
  • I really dig the turkey with the vinegar sauce - I've never been dissatisfied with any of the menu items though - it's obvious a lot of love and care are put into everything!
  • Everything. So good. Ribs have an apple butter rub that balances excellently with the smoky flavor. Pasta salad is phenomenal. Beans are great if you like sweet, but you can't go wrong here.
  • The pulled rid sandwich awesomeness!!!!!
  • Incredible BBQ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best in Town!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • The Pit Beans side is tantalizingly sweet.
  • Normally, I don't like salami--but here it is, in the words of Guy Fieri, "off the chain"! (Ask for a sample if you're still not sure.)
  • Generous amounts of black pepper and other spices riddle the mix (70 percent pork and 30 percent beef), but one twist is especially key to the uniqueness of their smoked salami: smoked garlic.
  • Adam's Smokehouse's salami is served without any fuss; a simple soft bun and some grain mustard let the meat steal the show.
  • The pulled pork is good, the ribs are good for something unique try the smoked salami sandwich.
  • You've got to try the smoked salami - oh my, so good! For the sauces, if you're getting your order to-go, ask for some Sweet Jane and also some Cranberry Cayenne.
  • Adam's Smokehouse is No. 8 on our list of the best new restaurants of 2013.
  • On a Wet Nap scale, the perfectly charred, incredibly tender, and terrifically meaty ribs merit the highest score of four--becayse that's how many it takes to clean up!
  • Named after a friend of Mike & Frank, who passed away. Sports themed with yellow and red walls. AWESOME staff to go along with great food. In collaboration with Pappy's and Bogart's. Need I say more?!
  • Turkey sandwich with cranberry cayenne sauce is amazing. Their BBQ beans are great!
