You cannot go wrong with a filet (cooked perfectly) and add scallops-the best I've ever had, just melt in your mouth
Try the buffalo-not gamey but make sure you order medium rare or medium tops. Anything above that will toughen the meat too much. The filet and lobster tail is perfect. Share a side-they are huge!
