  • 1/4  honey syrup
  • 1/2 Ounce  lime juice
  • 1 1/2 Ounce  Silver Coyote Whiskey
  • 1/2 Ounce  Licor 43
  •   Chile salt
  •   Bing cherry

Regardless if dad, grandpa or another significant fatherly figure first became a proud papa at the turn of the century, or in 2013, there's a drink for each and every one of them. Ultimately, Father's Day is about celebrating the guys that make us feel protected and loved. Our courageous caretakers tend to make us feel warm and fuzzy, so we list the Santa Fe Hotel St. Francis cocktail to show dad how we feel.


Preparation: Cut the apricot into quarters and place three pieces in a cocktail glass. Add honey and lime juice, then muddle. Add Silver Coyote Whiskey and Licor 43. Shake with ice. Double strain into a cocktail glass rimmed with Chile salt. Garnish with last apricot slice and cherry.
