Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounce rum, preferably caliche
- 1/2 ounce of lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce of pomegranate juice, preferably pom
- 3 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 1/2 ounce triple sec, preferably combier orange liqueur
- 1 dash of agave nectar (optional if you don't like dry cocktails)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until well chilled. Serve in a chilled cocktail coupe garnished with a thyme sprig.
