The Tiramisu cocktail.

Yes, you read that right: you can in fact drink your tiramisu. The Tiramisu cocktail is made by chef Walter Pisano of Tulio Ristorante in Seattle. Click here for more ways to drink your dessert.

Ingredients

  • Myers rum
  • Kaluha
  • Godiva Chocolate
  • Espresso
  • Tiramisu cream

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Dust with chocolate. Garnish with a thinly sliced toasted lady finger.

Tiramisu Shopping Tip

There are so many varieties of chocolate on the shelves today it can be overwhelming to pick one – as a general rule of thumb, the fewer the ingredients, the better the chocolate.

Tiramisu Cooking Tip

Think beyond cakes and pies – fruits like peaches, pineapple, and figs are excellent grilled – brush with melted butter or wine and sprinkle with sugar and spices for a dessert that you can feel good about.
