A vibrant and delicious vodka cocktail featuring Green Chartreuse and muddled strawberries.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 ounce vodka
  • 3/4 ounce simple syrup
  • mint leaves
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 2 ounce ginger beer
  • 2 strawberries
  • 1 ounce club soda
  • 1/2 ounce green chartreuse
Directions
  1. Muddle strawberries in tin. Add spirits, acids and syrups to the Boston shaker. Add ice and shake. Double strain over fresh ice into a Double Old Fashioned glass. Top with club soda and stir slightly. Garnish with mint leave.
