Ingredients
  • 1 pound beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
  • 4 corn tortillas
  • 14 ounce salsa, such as rojo’s homestyle salsa
  • 1/2 cup white onion, chopped
  • cilantro (optional)
  • fresh lime juice, to garnish
Directions
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak; cook and stir until lightly browned. Spoon steak onto tortillas; sprinkle with onions and cilantro; drizzle with salsa. Fold up sides of tortillas to enclose filling.
