A drink as classic and simple as the Paloma is bound to have variations, and one of our favorites comes from SIP (Southport & Irving Restaurant and Bar), an amazing Prohibition-style neighborhood bar in North Lakeview, Chicago. Recipe created by Ardit Dizdari.

Ingredients

  • 1.5  Ounces 
  • 0.25  Ounce  Campari
  • 1  Ounce  grapefruit shrub
  • 0.5  Ounce  lime juice
  • 0.5  Ounce  simple syrup

Directions

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into an Old-Fashioned glass over ice and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
