Slow-Cooker Chicken and Butternut Squash
Ingredients
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 two-pound butternut squash, cubed
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 fresh sage leaves
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
  1. Combine chicken, squash, vinegar, garlic, sage, salt, and pepper in a slow-cooker. Stir to blend. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
