Skeleton Chocolate Cut Out Cookie
Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 11 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla. Combine flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, and mix well. Wrap dough in waxed paper and chill for 2-3 hours.
  2. Divide dough in half. Roll out each half thinly. Cut with gingerbread man cookie cutters. Place on lightly greased cookie sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Decorate with icing to create your skeletons.
