Lee Kum Kee Savory Egg and Bacon Tartlet
Ingredients
  • 7 ounce short crust pastry (defrosted)
  • 3 ounce bacon (chopped)
  • 2 eggs (hard-boiled, chopped)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lee kum kee pandra brand oyster flavored sauce
Directions
  1. 1) Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. 2) Bake tartlets at 400 degrees F. for 10 minutes or until crust is golden yellow. 3) In a pan, fry bacon in 1 Tbsp. of olive oil until fragrant. Add onion and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Stir in hard-boiled eggs. 4) Spoon the fried filling into baked tartlet cases.
