Marshmallows bars? Yes, please. And we don’t mean the kind with Rice Krispies — you have to make this sweet treat with Honey Bunches of Oats.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 ten-ounce package of marshmallows
  • 6 cup honey bunches of oats cereal
  • 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
  • 1 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sunflower kernels
Directions
  1. Microwave honey and butter in a large microwaveable bowl on high 1 minute; stir until well blended. Add marshmallow; toss to coat. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed; stir until well blended.
  2. Add Honey Bunches of Oats cereal, dried apricots, and sunflower kernels to marshmallow mixture. Stir well.
  3. Press cereal mixture firmly into greased 13-by-9-inch pan. Cool. Cut into 24 bars.
