Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 porterhouse steaks
  • 4 tablespoon canola oil
Directions
  1. Preheat a gas or charcoal grill or place a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Combine the salt and pepper and sprinkle on both sides of each steak. Drizzle each side of steaks with canola oil.
  3. Grill for 4-6 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Let the steaks rest a few minutes before slicing and serving.
