  • 12  Ounces  Frozed peas, thawed, or fresh shelled peas
  • Garlic clove
  • Fresh mint leaves, more to taste
  • 2  Teaspoons  Lemon zest
  • 1  Tablespoon  Olive oil
  • 1/4  Teaspoon  Ground black pepper
  • 1/2  Teaspoon  Salt
  • 1-1/2  Cup  Ricotta cheese

Directions

Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend so the mixture is combined, but slightly chunky.
Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
Serve as a spread for fresh crusty bread, toasted baguette slices, crackers, or with veggies.
