Ingredients

  • 4 1/2  Ounces  pizza dough
  • 4  Ounces  pesto
  • 1/2  Ounce  kale
  • 5  Ounces  shredded mozzarella
  • 3  Ounces  mushrooms, sliced
  • 2  Ounces  fresh mozzarella

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Stretch pizza dough into oblong shape.

Spread pesto over pizza dough.

Add kale, shredded mozzarella, and sliced mushrooms.

On a baking sheet, cook flatbread for 5–8 minutes, or until crust is golden and crisp.

Remove pizza from oven.

Add fresh mozzarella, and serve.
