Midnight Oil

• 1 ounce eight-year rum, such as parce
• 1 ounce twelve-year rum, such as parce
• 1 ounce velvet falernum
• .5 ounce fresh lime juice
• 2 dashes angostura bitters
• lime peel, for garnish

1. Add ice and all ingredients besides the lime peel into a shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Strain in an old fashioned glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with a lime peel.
