Ingredients

  • 1½  Ounce  Tequila Don Julio Blanco
  • 1  Ounce  green apple juice
  • ½  Ounce  lemon juice
  • ½  Ounce  ginger syrup (see directions below)
  • 2  Dashes of Bar Keep Organic Apple Bitters

Ginger Syrup

  • part ginger juice
  • part cane sugar

Directions

Combine all ingredients together in a shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice and garnish with a skewered ginger candy.

Ginger Syrup

Juice ginger and allow starch to settle out of solution (12-24hrs). Decant juice through a chinois and combine with cane sugar and stir briskly. Let sit for a few minutes and stir again until sugar is completely dissolved.
