Bombay Sapphire Gin 

Thanks to this cocktail, mixologist Greg Buda (the Dead Rabbit) was chosen as the NYC finalist for Bombay Sapphire's Ninth Annual Most Imaginative Bartender Competition.

Ingredients

  • 1.5  Ounces  Bombay Sapphire Gin
  • 2  Dashes of mace tincture
  • 0.25  Ounce  almond biz, which is two parts orgeat, one Noyau Du Poissy
  • 0.25  Ounce  Nardini Acqua di Cedro
  • 0.5  Ounce  Cardamaro
  • 2.5  Ounces  Christian Drouin Hard Cider

Directions

Stir and strain. Use a flute for glassware and garnish with lemon oils.
