This recipe takes kale chips to the next level with chili powder and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Remove the stems of the kale with a knife then cut kale into bite-size pieces. Wash the kale and dry in a salad spinner or with a paper towel.
Drizzle the kale with olive oil, salt, chili powder, and place on a baking dish.
Bake kale for 10 minutes, until the edges are brown but not burnt.
Remove from oven let it cool for 2 minutes and toss with cheese.
