Located in one of the world’s gastronomic capitals, JW Marriott El Convento Cusco turns up the heat with its ají-infused Pisco sour in honor of National Pepper Month. Commonly known as the Peruvian hot pepper, ajís can range in heat from 40,000-50,000 on the Scoville heat meter.
