Ingredients

  • 1  Pound  Pumpkin Seeds
  • 4  Ounces  Melted Butter
  • 1  Tablespoon  Garlic powder
  • 2-3  Teaspoons  Cayenne pepper
  • 2  Teaspoons  Onion powder
  • 2  Teaspoons  Dried thyme
  • 3  Teaspoons  Kosher salt
  • 1  Teaspoon  Paprika
  • 1  Teaspoon  Ground allspice
  • 1/2  Teaspoon  Black pepper
  • ½  Teaspoon  Crushed red pepper
  • ½  Teaspoon  Ground nutmeg
  • 1/2  Teaspoon  Ground cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all jerk seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.Toss pumpkin seeds in medium sized bowl with melted butter and add jerk seasoning. Once seeds are nicely coated, spread on baking sheet, making sure they are evenly spread out in a single layer. Cook until golden brown, around 8-15 minutes.
