Iced Berries With Limoncello White Chocolate Sauce

  • 250 milliliter heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoon limoncello liqueur
  • 200 gram white chocolate
  • 500 gram frozen mixed berries
Directions
  1. Put the cream and two tablespoons of limoncello in a heavy-bottomed pan and heat until it is almost boiling. Take the pan off the heat, and add the white chocolate. Stir to cover the white chocolate.
  2. Arrange the berries in a single layer in a dish or plate that has a small lip. Sprinkle the remaining two tablespoons of limoncello over the berries and leave for 5 minutes.
  3. Gently stir the white-chocolate cream mixture until all the chocolate has melted and it is smooth. Pour over the berries. Serve immediately.
