Ingredients
- 2 ounce cedar-infused aviation gin
- 3/4 ounce housemade grenadine
- 3/4 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
- egg white
- pinot noir
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a tin and dry shake vigorously. The egg will make the process harder. Add ice and shake again.
- Double strain into coupe glass.
- Serve with a sidecar (3/4 ounce) of Oregon Pinot noir. Add the Pinot while drinking the cocktail, which will add some tannins and richness that tames the cedar just a bit.
