- 1 box funfetti cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- ice cream, for serving
Directions
- Preheat the waffle iron.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, water, oil, and eggs, until well combined.
- Pour a portion of the batter in to the preheated waffle iron, and cook until the waffle is as golden as you like. Serve warm, topped with a scoop of ice cream.
