Ingredients

  • 4 pears, seeded and cut into chunks
  • ½ pineapple, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1-2 stalks lemongrass, sliced

Directions

Place lemongrass into boiling water, reduce heat and simmer 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to steep 20-30 minutes or until fragrant.

Process pears, pineapple, and grapes in juicer. Strain away solids. Mix with lemongrass infused water and serve over ice or chilled.
