A daiquiri in its truest form, made by Snake Oil Cocktail Co. for the Sundance film festival.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2  Ounce  Zacapa 23
  • 3/4  Ounces  fresh lime juice
  • 1  Ounce  Ginger-Allspice Dram
  • candied ginger, for garnish
  • lime wheel, to garnish

Directions

Fill old-fashioned glass with ice. Add Zacapa 23, fresh lime juice and ginger-allspice dram into old-fashioned glass and stir gently. Garnish with a lime wheel speared through a piece of candied ginger.
