 It isn’t a party without a margarita, especially when a crowd is gathering. Sauza tequila puts a winter spin on summer’s favorite cocktail by putting to use the fresh cranberries you meant to use at Christmas.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 ounce sauza blue silver 100% agave tequila
  • 1/2 ounce jdk & sons o3 premium orange liqueur
  • 1 ounce cranberry puree
  • sanding sugar for garnish
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice, about 2 oranges
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 -ounce package of fresh cranberries
Directions
  1. In a shaker add crushed ice, 1 ½ ounces of Sauza® Blue Silver, ½ part of JDK & Sons™ O3 Premium Orange Liqueur, 1 ounce cranberry purée, and shake to mix. Pour drink into a sugar rimmed martini glass.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the sugar in the orange juice. Add the cranberries and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Set aside and let it cool. Blend cranberries in a blender, then strain.
