Ingredients
  • muddled mint
  • 1 1/2 ounce bulldog gin
  • 1/2 ounce lustau manzanilla sherry
  • 1/2 ounce velvet falernum
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/4 ounce demerera syrup (equal proportions)
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients into a glass, add crushed ice and swizzle.
  2. top with crushed ice and top off with a few dashes of angostura bitters, an orchid and a lime twist.
