Yes, the Bloody Mary at Yardbird has gotten a lot of buzz (pun intended) around Miami. Nothing will wake you up better than a blast of Sriracha, after all.

Ingredients

  • 46-ounce can of tomato juice
  • garlic cloves
  • half of an avocado
  • 4  Ounces  Worcestershire
  • 2  Ounces  olive brine
  • 2  Teaspoons  cracked black pepper
  • 1  Teaspoon  celery salt
  • 2  Teaspoons  Sriracha, or more to taste
  • 1  Teaspoon  prepared horseradish
  • 1 1/2  Ounce  vodka
  • 1/2  Ounce  lemon juice

Directions

Blend the tomato juice, garlic cloves, avocado, Worcestershire sauce, oilve brine,cracked black pepper, celery salt, Sriarcha, and horseradish until smooth and refrigerate overnight.

In a tall glass add 3 ounces of the Bloody Mary mix, vodka, and lemon juice. Add ice and toss once to incorporate.
