This vibrant, bright cocktail . Make the most of the season’s beautiful blood oranges by enjoying them in this punchy margarita.
This recipe was created by Ricardo Schargel, lead bartender at The Bazaar in Miami.
Pour tequila, blood orange liquor, blood orange purée, serrano pepper syrup, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker filled partway with ice. Shake until cold.
Press the rim of the glass into the Sal de Gusano to coat.
Strain margarita into the glass and garnish with a slice of blood orange.
