Bacon Pistachio Butter
Ingredients
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 2 cup pistachios
  • salt, to taste
Directions
  1. Cook the bacon until crispy. Pat with a clean paper towel to remove excess fat, then chop into small pieces.
  2. Process the nuts in your food processor for 5–10 minutes, or until completely smooth, scraping down the sides with a spatula as necessary.
  3. Add the cooked bacon to the food processor and blend for another 3 minutes.
  4. Add salt as needed for taste.
