Foursquare Tips

  • Tan tan men is to die for! It's spicy, but it won't disappoint! Also, get the gyoza!
  • Bring cash, no credit cards accepted!
  • I'm still full.
  • Get the shio ramen and add sansai!
  • wow, it's like a sauna in here...
  • Best ramen on the westside, but then again is here another one to compare? Either way, very good.
  • The Ajo ("a-ho") Ramen was quite tasty, the tofu in the Mabo Ramen silky and soft without being overcooked, the noodles cooked just right. Cheap prices will make it a regular stop for me.
  • The number 27 is the best.
  • Get hiyashi chuka, the cold noodle! They only have it during the summer.
  • Get the Tan Tan Men, now and forever.
  • Wonderful hole in the wall noodle place. Completely re-defined "ramen noodles" for me. Try out the curry ramen!
  • If you like garlic get the Ajo ramen. It's not as spicy as the menu makes it out to be (at least in my opinion)
  • If you like spicy, kimche ramen is terrific.
  • Ajo Ramen! For the true garlic lover.
  • Ramenya serves sizable bowls of Japanese comfort food, like the egg-drop ramen with ground pork, a wonderful, warm mix of flavors and spices.
  • The mapo ramen is a bizarre mix of my 2 favorite dishes. The tofu was great but the broth was underwhelming. Would I order again? Perhaps.
  • Tom him ramen or the Dan dan mein
  • The curry ramen broth is thick and spicy nomnom
  • Tenshin-min (shrimp omelette with gravy over ramen) - Awesome!
  • They serve vegetable broth now.
