This quick and easy red cabbage salad is a good solution for you if you would like to eat healthier, but don’t have time to make complicated dishes. I used to make this salad in the morning before going to work and I store it in a Mason jar. By doing it this way you can preserve your salad much longer and it is also very convenient to carry. I bring a fork with me and I eat my salad directly from the Mason jar.
