Foursquare Tips

  • Preservation Kitchen offers both celebration and casual dining in a grand old mansion. Ling cod tronchonette, roasted pork tenderloin with risotto, butternut squash risotto cake. Entrees ~$20.
  • Great craft beer list, lots of local handles rarely seen elsewhere.
  • Be sure to ask for Gabriel! He has great knowledge of all of the wines here.
  • Not the same Ale house. The ambience is completely different, but the food and the beer selection is still great! The outdoor seating is nice a addition. Parking is not an issue due to the free valet.
  • Best food in Bothell.
  • The PK Bread Plate & Carmelized Short Rib starters are wonderful and the Truffled Mushroom Risotto is out of this world!! We'll be back - looking forward to brunch here.
  • Great food!
  • Holy YUM Batman! Wonderful, all LOCAL foods!
  • Bar makes good drinks here - Had the lemon basil minus simple syrup.
  • No gluten free anything. Got the caramelized short ribs. Not good. Just tasted like brown sugar on tough meat.(not ribs, just a hunk of meat) :/ vegies were undercooked, & the potatos were boring.
  • Salmon and pork chop
  • Who new Christmas Eve Brunch was a thing? Roast duck omelette with grits by the hearth - in Bothell nonetheless.
  • The fruit side was fresh and juicy. Biscuits had the consistency of freshly mixed cement.
  • The polenta tots are my favorite appetizer!
  • The food was awesome. But you can go to the bar
  • Great anniversary dinner. Service is nice, wine menu is huge and food is always seasonal. They also have great gluten free options that don't make you feel like you are missing out at all.
  • Try the Mushroom Omelette -
  • Top Sirloin is must.. : )
  • Try the Prociutto wrapped Pork Tenderloin with Apple Grits & Horseradish Foam - Nice!
  • Truffle fries
