Foursquare Tips

  • Come here for lunch and/or brunch. It is a much less 'stuffed' atmosphere than in the restaurant! I LOVE it!
  • Great atmosphere, service amazing as we had a waiter to ourselves almost the entire time :) Our dinner and wine was delicious. I'll just get to the point. I love this place 5
  • Order an almond croissant...you will love it!!
  • Best hot chocolate in NYC!
  • Best Bagels in town! Smoked salmon bagel and then a double chocolate chip cookie!
  • (Re: restaurant, not bakery) Come for caviar/delish appetizers (sturgeon, salmon: yum), don't bother w/entrescreamy, mushy, uninspired. Dcor='80s timewarp; was tempted to do a line in the bathroom.
  • marzipan laden pistachio croissant choco chip cookie
  • If you don't have some caviar then why are you here?
  • One of my fav chocolate croissants... Almost like paris!
  • Great place to get canels.
  • Perfect Eggs Benedict.
  • olive fougasse and croissants
  • Best tarts ever!
  • We love their plain and marzipan- and nut-laden pistachio croissants, insanely chocolatey, crispy chocolate chip cookies, blackberry-almond danishes, and blueberry tarts with crisp, flaky crusts.
  • Like Caviar ? Go for it, The best of the best here!!
  • grab a pain au chocolat before you leave. Buttery and flaky like a crossaint but with a chocolate surprise.
  • awesome desserts at the cafe next door.
  • There are no fancy ingredients here. Its simply the perfect version of a perfect food: crispy edges; soft, middle; and a scattering of dark chocolate discs to ensure ideal chip-to-batter ratio.
  • Good lobster salad, foie Gras salad and club sandwich. Low key quiet feel
  • Great pastries and very chill atmosphere
