Everyone seems to be releasing a cookbook these days, so here are two to look out for.

First, Nelson Mandela's personal chef will be releasing a cookbook filled with traditional dishes that the former statesman enjoys.

Xoliswa Ndoyiya's book is reportedly titled Ukutya Kwasekhaya: Tastes from Nelson Mandela's Kitchen and will include recipes for chicken soup, umqusho (maize and beans), and umsila wenkomo (oxtail stew).

In other cookbook news, six Texas inmates are releasing a cookbook of 200 recipes, called From The Big House to Your House.

There's recipes for creative tuna and mackerel nachos, and rehydrated potato chips (a "baked potato"). There's also reportedly some information about getting garlic out of garlic vitamins.
