This slightly sweet, refreshing cocktail is a Valentine's Day special on the seasonally-changing menu at South Gate restaurant in New York City. Although created by restaurant manager Mychael Faison, he recommends asking Oliver behind the bar to make it for you because he does it best.
In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except for the garnish. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
