Palm Springs Desert Resorts Give Restaurant Week Sneak Peek

Palm Springs Desert Resorts Restaurant Week opens with its first ever “Uncorked” event, Wednesday and Thursday in Coachella Valley. Participating restaurants are presenting a sneak peak at Palm Springs Desert Resorts Restaurant Week's dining options.

Each of the 10 restaurants are offering previews of three-course meals and beverage pairings for $45-$85. Wednesday’s participating "Uncorked" restaurants include Copely's on Palm Canyon, Escena Lounge & Grill, Johannes Restaurant, Las Casuelas Terraza, Matchbox Vintage Pizza Bistro, Miro's Restaurant, Rio Azul Mexican Bar & Grill, Spencer's Restaurant and Zin American Bistro.

Thursday’s restaurants are Babe's Bar-B-Que Grill & Brewhouse, Copley's on Palm Canyon, Johannes Restaurant, Miro’s Restaurant, Spencer's Restaurant, and Vicky's of Santa Fe.

Coachella Valley’s Restaurant Week begins June 1 and extends through June 10. Over 100 restaurants, hotels, and attractions are participating in the fifth annual event.

Restaurants participating with prix fixe menus this summer include Augusta in Palm Desert, THE SPRING Resort & Spa in Desert Hot Springs, and Mary Pickford Theatre in Cathedral City, as well as The Tropicale in Palm Springs, The Nest in Indian Wells, Okura Robata Grill in La Quinta, Jackalope Ranch in Indio, Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa in Rancho Mirage, Palm Springs Follies, and Desert Adventures—Red Jeep Tours in Palm Desert.
