State Dinner Menu Includes Bison Wellington, Meyer Lemon Pudding

It's all very British, no?

Looks like British Prime Minister David Cameron won't be getting his favorite pork belly tonight: Details for the snazzy State Dinner menu have been released, and it's making us jealous.

For the first course, halibut with a potato crust will be served alongside shaved Brussels sprouts and bacon. That's followed by "spring garden lettuces, shallot dressing, shaved breakfast radish, cucumbers, and avocados."

The main course is a bison Wellington with French beans. And for dessert? Warm Meyer lemon steamed pudding with a huckleberry sauce and apples.

Notable guests, as we've mentioned before, include adorable puppy Uggie from The Artist, as well as Homeland's Damien Lewis. Downton Abbey's Hugh Bonneville and golf star Rory McIlroy are also attending. Performers include Mumford & Sons (a favorite of Prime Minister Cameron and his wife), and John Legend (a favorite of the Obamas). Props for good taste all around.
