  • Everythingfrom the bacon to the bread to the pickles to the aioliis made from scratch (save the potato chips but the chef does add his own custom seasonings to them).
  • Their namesake sandwich that somehow combines everything that is beautiful about pork products in one truly outstanding sandwich.
  • Attention to detail wins the Noble Pig a spot on our list; the fact that they have the best sandwiches in Northwest Austin doesn't hurt, either. [Eater 38 Member]
  • The smoked duck pastrami sandwich is hard to beat! Awesome lunch spot. Found it on Supper: http://supper.mx/places/noble-sandwich-co-austin/
  • No such thing as giving the Pig too much love. From bread to bacon, everything is house-made, and they turn out some of the best sandwiches in town. The swine-free catfish sandwich is amazing, too.
  • wrecks any other restaurant on 620. try dat BLT.
  • Try the beef tongue sandwich. Cured tongue between slices of freshly baked bread, lightly grilled and then slathered with aioli. Smokey green onions and a tart red pepper relish brighten it up.
  • The Smoked Duck Pastrami is a must have, next time I'll get the Seared Beef Tongue! Delish
  • I had the tongue - it's one large melty braised piece, as opposed to the traditional deli-style thin slices. It was phenomenal - flavorful and extremely tender.
  • They start serving lunch at 10:30. Bring a group to get a bit of several things on both menus for an epic brunch.
  • Definitely one of the BEST sandwiches I've EVER had! The Roast Duck Pastrami is out of this world!!
  • Try the duck pastrami. It's a Triple D crew favorite!!
  • I had the Noble Pig, my husband had the duck pastrami and they were both just as good as they looked on DDD with Guy Fierri
  • Pork belly sandwich awesome!!!!
  • Try the sandwiches!!
  • Make sure to go for the Knuckle Sandwich. From the bread to the meat to the mustard, almost everything is homemade. Beef knuckle gets a rub and then is slow-roasted.
  • Fantastic Beef Tongue Sandwich
  • The small unassuming space in a tiny strip center wasn't what I expected, but the food was. The smoked duck pastrami on rye was amazing--I'd highly recommend it. I'd also suggest ordering a side dish.
  • Had the duck pastrami and the Thai chicken.... So good that my girlfriend I see making this our local spot... Also it sounds like Guy Fieri has made this into a tourist destination...
  • Pork belly turkey club and jalapeo slaw. Go no further, unless its to get a raspberry tart. AMAZING!!!!!
