McDonald’s Hong Kong has come out with a limited-time menu, which features a Tandoori Pulled Chicken Burger.

The burger was created in collaboration with local celebrity chef Gabriel Choy, reports Brand Eating. It features tandoori pulled chicken, cheese, coleslaw, an onion ring, and mayo, all on a toasted ‘bakery style’ bun. We’re sensing a potential sauce overload here.

The limited-time menu also includes offerings such as Mango Sundae, Sparkling Green Apple Tea, BBQ McWings, Taro Pie a la Mode, and Thick Cut Fries.

Trend Hunter says the new offering demonstrates how fast food restaurants can elevate their fare by teaming up with local chefs.
