McDonald's Is Giving Out Free Six-Packs In Austria

We're feeling a little bit jealous of Austrian soccer fans right now. McDonald's Austria is giving out free six-packs of beer to celebrate the European soccer championship games — the European version of the World Cup.

Right now, when you buy at least €20 ($22.53 USD) worth of food at any participating Austrian McDonald's you'll get a free six-pack of Ottakringer beer with your meal (a popular beer in Austria).  You have to order delivery through the McDonald's food delivery service at mjam.at for the deal to work though.

An advertisement for the deal says it's meant to "bring stadium atmosphere to your own living room," for those that are unable to celebrate the soccer championships currently being held in France this week.

While alcohol is currently not being served on McDonald's menus in America, it is on the menu in certain European countries including France, Germany, Austria, and Portugal.
