Fifth-Annual Flavor! Napa Valley Festival Is Coming This March
What better place to host a food festival than Napa Valley, home to more Michelin stars per capita than any other wine region in the world? The fifth annual wine and food festival, Flavor! Napa Valley, will feature 40 events over five days, which include chef demonstrations, winemaker workshops, and Grand Tastings.
In order to participate in the festival, chefs have to be running top restaurants located in Napa Valley or have graduated from the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), according to a release. A Celebration of the Judgment of Paris Dinner (March 17) gathers luminaries of the culinary world and commemorates the 40th anniversary of the 1976 Judgment of Paris. Chef demonstrations (March 18-19) give guests access to a behind-the scenes look at top chefs and allow culinary leaders to demonstrate their craft using seasonal ingredients. Finally, The Grand Tasting (March 19) brings together over 100 wineries and 30 Napa Valley restaurants for a unique sampling experience.
Flavor! Napa Valley will be held on March 16-20. Proceeds will benefit the CIA. Tickets for individual events are available for purchase online.
