Get Your Valentine A Brass Cronut Flakes Necklace

If your sweetie is the type to go gaga over Dominique Ansel's cronuts, listen up: Ansel is selling pendant necklace with cronut flakes cast in brass (because nothing says romance like brass-coated cronut).

For $100, this necklace can be yours, along with two "his and hers" cherry-flavored cronut pastries filled with cherry blossom ganache and topped with sour cherry jam and citrus sugar.

Designed by New York City-based jewelry-maker Gabriel Urist, only 100 of the #CronutisForever gift sets will be sold. Half will be hand-delivered to New York City residents, while the other 50 will be shipped to out-of-city residents (guaranteed to arrive by Valentine's Day).

To improve your chances of owning the brass cronut crumbs necklace, download the Virgin Mega App. The necklaces will go on sale at 3 p.m. EST on Wednesday, February 11, and we're sure they'll sell like, well, cronuts.

Cronut necklace-owner hopefuls will wait on a virtual line via the Virgin Mega app, and be able to jump the line by interacting with other fans.

If you still can't get enough of the cronut, you can try IHOP's Criss Croissant, one of an ever-growing list of croissant hybrid pastries: this time it's a croissant/waffle hybrid.
