'Orange Is The New Black' Actress To Be Honored At Children Of Bellevue's Annual Gala

For more than two decades, the nonprofit Children of Bellevue has presented the "Toast to the Children" gala to raise money for pediatric programs at New York City's Bellevue Hospital. At the gala this year, two "Champions of Children" will be honored, one of which is actress Selenis Leyva of the hit Netflix series Orange is the New Black.

The other "Champions of Children" honoree is Judith Dunn, vice president and global head of clinical development for the Roche Innovation Center in New York.

If you're unfamiliar with the gala, it's a tasting event where guests can not only raise money for charity, but also experience food and wine from top names in the New York City food industry including Hearth, La BoƮte, Saxon + Parole, and The Beatrice Inn.

Tickets are available for $300 for general admission and $500 for VIP. A portion of the ticket price is also tax-deductible.

The event will be held at Riverpark restaurant at 450 E. 29th St. at First Avenue from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with VIP admissions at 6:30 p.m. and general admission at 7:30 p.m.
