Actor Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson is 6'9, weighs 395 pounds, and is competing to be the 2016 World's Strongest Man.In order to succeed with his strongman competition, the Icelandic actor has to keep up with a strict diet: 11,489 calories a day, or about three dozen eggs, 3.3 pounds of potatoes, and more than two pounds of beef.

His impressive diet would make almost any grown man weep, puke, or both, and Björnsson strongly suggests that no one should try this at home.
