Whether you’re rooting for the Panthers or the Broncos in this year’s Super Bowl golden anniversary, one thing’s for sure: you’re going to need some serious snacks to make it through the big game. If you’re watching from home, we have you covered with great recipe ideas here. But for those lucky fans who were able to snag tickets for the February 7 contest, Levi’s Stadium — in partnership with Centerplate — has a special menu just for Super Bowl Sunday.

“Think of the NFL stadium menu of years ago — some random meat slapped between a standard piece of bread. That was it,” a Levi’s Stadium rep told The Daily Meal. “Now it’s a grass-fed beef burger on an organic sourdough bun served with lettuce, vidalia onions, tomatoes, dill pickles and adorned with fresh condiments. People are much more food focused now though, and Centerplate is on top of the game.”

The menu was created by chefs Santana Diaz and Dinari Brown and will be available at concession stands throughout the stadium. Here’s what to expect:

BBQ Jackfruit Sandwich (smoked-then-braised jackfruit, apple-jalapeño coleslaw, and house barbeque sauce on a sweet Hawaiian roll)

Grilled Crab Sandwich (sweet, lightly dressed Pacific crab served with vine-ripened tomatoes on grilled garlic sourdough)

Bay Shrimp Roll (Bay shrimp and braised fennel stuffed in a top-cut roll with a chive aioli)

The Big 5-0 Sausage (custom blend of 50 ingredients, including beef, pork, spices and herbs, grilled and served on a poppy seed bun with sautéed bell peppers and topped with tomato ketchup and gold flakes)

Garlic Fries (crisp fries tossed in roasted garlic, locally-pressed olive oil, fresh parsley, sea salt, and toasted black pepper)

Sourdough Chowder Boule (rich creamy broth with fresh seafood, served in a locally-baked sourdough boule)

California Charcuterie (Saucisson sec, cabernet salami, prosciutto, coppa, duck-pork gallantine, assorted pickled vegetables, stone ground mustard, and sliced baguette)

Lobster & Truffle Mac n’ Cheese (butter-poached lobster morsels tossed in a creamy Mornay sauce, garnished with black truffles)

California Artichokes Display (tender Castroville artichokes, roasted Gilroy garlic, and Pescadero Brussels sprouts slaw tossed in root vegetables vinaigrette; served with lemon aioli dip)
