Jon Hamm, Of 'Mad Men,' Gave Away His Bonnaroo Ticket To His Waitress

One Chattanooga, Tennessee, waitress had her day made when she was the recipient of a random act of kindness from none other than Mr. Don Draper himself, Jon Hamm. Jon Hamm and Zach Galifianakis spent the weekend unofficially performing at the Bonnaroo music festival some 70 miles away in Manchester, Tennessee. Although the two actors were not on the official roster, they took the stage multiple times to do things like lead the crowd of festival-goers in a rousing rendition of "We Are the World."

The two actors popped into the Tupelo Honey Café for a bite to eat after their festival antics (which were likely in anticipation of their upcoming film, Keeping Up With the Jonses, a buddy comedy). Their waitress, Abby Swartz, was understandably star-struck as she served the two Hollywood royals, but they struck up a conversation about Bonnaroo. According to Stereogum, when the two actors were leaving, Hamm took off his festival bracelet and gave it to her, saying: "Take this wristband and go to Bonnaroo. This will get you anywhere you need to go."

Swartz was dumbfounded, and even though she had plans with her boyfriend that night for their one-year anniversary, she couldn't pass up the opportunity. Galifianakis also gave Swartz a 250 percent tip on their bill, according to Stereogum.
