In a Soup Bowl (Not) Far, Far Away: ‘Star Wars’ Campbell’s Soups Are Here!

Someone please tell Chewie to stop slurping the noodles.

As if you weren’t already excited for the premiere of the new Star Wars movie, now you can count down to The Force Awakens with a mug of appropriately themed soup in your hands.

The franchise is teaming up with Campbell’s to produce a line of artistically retro Star Wars-decorated soup cans featuring Yoda, Darth Vader, R2-D2, Chewbacca, C-3PO, and a Stormtrooper.

Not only will the cans be Star Wars-themed, but inside, there will be tiny noodles in the shapes of all of your favorite characters (and hopefully a Death Star or two). Campbell’s will release some Star Wars-themed SpaghettiOs too, so you can pretty much entirely relive your childhood in the comfort of your own kitchen, wearing your Yoda footsie pajamas that we all know you still own. Soup definitely makes sense for The Force Awakens product line, since the movie will be released in the winter.

So grab your lightsaber — err, we mean spoon — and head down to your grocery store, which will begin selling these deliciously nerdy soups later this month. And don’t forget, the first Star Wars movie in 10 years will come out December 18.
