Shacktoberfest Returns This Friday, Sept. 23

Shacktoberfest returns to Shake Shack for its 11th year beginning this Friday, Sept. 23 and lasting until Oct. 2.

During the celebration, the fast-casual chain will be offering an "Oktoberfest-inspired menu," according to a release. New to the lineup is a Bavarian-style soft pretzel.

Also on the menu is the Brat Burger, a "hamburger topped with a flat-top griddled Usinger's cheddar-stuffed bratwurst, crispy ShackMeister Ale-marinated shallots, and ShackSauce." The ShackMeister Brat features Usinger's Cheddar-stuffed bratwurst, ShackMeister Ale-marinated shallots, and ShackSauce.

An Apfelstrudel and Black Forest shake round out the lineup.

Customers can also purchase a 25-ounce Shake Shack Bier Stein for $10, which can be filled with Brooklyn Brewery's Oktoberfest or ShackMeister Ale. The Bier Stein is for keeps, and refills cost $7.69.

The Shacktoberfest menu will be available at all U.S. shacks with the exception of Glendale, California, airports, and stadiums.
